After getting the details, we'll determine if the issue can be solved with remote support or if we need to send out a Technician. If we determine that the issue can be solved with remote support, you will need to click on the "Pay Now" to process your payment for the support call.Once the payment is processed, you will be redirected to a website where you type in your name and the support key we give you.
How much does this Cost? The cost is $75 per call. Since we offer a flat fee Remote Support Service, we recommend to get all of your questions in on the first call.
What if you can't address my issue, do I get a refund? Yes. We will not charge you if we can't address your issue. Your refund will be processed instantly.
